OBJECT DESCRIPTION

These villas are two pretty modern styled stone houses. They are located in the west side of Prines just 300m from the centre of the village and about 6km away from the centre of Rethymno town and its port and beautiful sandy beaches. Each 2-storey villa is 120sqm in size and can comfortably accommodate 6 people, having three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor of each villa is the living room with the fire place, satellite TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric kettle. There is also a double bedded bedroom on this floor of Villa Aloe and a WC with shower. An internal staircase leads up to the first floor where are one twin bedded bedroom and one double bedroom with a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. There is a big veranda with patio furniture on this floor of each villa with a fantastic view to the sea. A door from the bedroom and the living room leads out to each villa’s private swimming pool with its sun beds, umbrellas and pool furniture. Villa Lotus has a bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor and two double bedded bedrooms on the first floor. This property which is in a quiet area surrounded with full of green landscape has a parking for two cars. The nearest shops and taverns could be found in Prines. Car hire is considered to be essential.
