OBJECT DESCRIPTION

This villa lies on 890sqm grounds in the small village of Agios Dimitrios, only 9 km from the city of Rethymno and 3km from the beach. It is surrounded by stone walls, which provides privacy. The garden area is about 300sqm big and has a swimming pool (23sqm) with sun beds, sun umbrellas and an outside shower. The villa is 120sqm, has three bedrooms and is suitable for 6 people. Entering the villa on the left you will find the living room with fireplace, doors leading to the big terrace with pergola and patio furniture with view to an old church and see in the back, and the fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and a dining table for six. There is also a small WC. From the entrance on the right are the three bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. All bedrooms have a TV and air conditioning. The big bathroom/WC has a bathtub and a washing machine. Further there is another door that leads to a small terrace/room with a fitness treadmill and a body massage and tightening device. The villa also offers wireless internet and satellite TV. The nearest shop and tavern are 1km from the villa in the village of Pigi and it is approximately 3km to the nearest supermarket, while the nearest beach is also 3 km away. Further taverns, shops and the beach, along with a host of other amenities can be found in Rethymnon, which is 9 km away. This is a lovely spot for a family holiday. We consider a car to be essential.
