This Villa combines the natural environment of a traditional village and the feeling of luxury in a renovated mansion. It is about 200sqm and it is suitable for 8 people. This luxury villa is located 34km east of Rethimno in Episkopi village between the mountains of Psiloritis and Kouloukonas. This Villa has two independent floors with a pool, a garden for your vegetables, a wooden oven and a barbecue. On the ground floor the villa has a traditional handmade kitchen made of wood which is full equipped with all the supplies, two bedrooms with independent bathrooms and there is also a comfortable living room with a big fireplace, a TV set and a DVD player. The second floor has a spectacular big terrace with Mountain View a wooden kitchen with all the efforts a spacious living room, a graphic loft bedroom and a wooden stair connected to this bedroom. The Villa is furnished in Cretan style but on the other hand it is fully equipped with the most modern facilities. In addition the Villa is equippted with air condition an all the rooms. There is patio furniture in the outdoor area around the house and a nice barbeque. Near this beautiful Villa you can find traditional Cretan churches, some really nice Museums and some caves to discover. Other facilities such us cycling, hiking, horseback riding and mountain climbing are also recommended. The Villa is ready to provide you with a babysitter and a secure parking place for your car. There is a café, a mini-market and a taverna in the village. A large choice of tavernas and shops can be found in Perama, and the nearest beach is at Panormo, about 13 km away. A car is essential.
