OBJECT DESCRIPTION

This complex of apts is situated in the region of Sfakaki village of Pagalochori just 350 meters from the sandy beach. Sfakaki is a coastal village located 10km east of Rethymno. Its position dominates the region and it ensures a breathtaking view of the sea and the inland. It is the ideal choice for those who seek to relax at there vacations and at the same time wish to visit traditional villages and archeological sites. The complex is consisted of 4 buildings. Three of which include the available apartments and studios. The forth building is where the reception, the lobby, the bar and the roof garden are. In front of the bar lays the impressing swimming pool and the relaxation area. This Residence of apartments are consisted with 17 fully equipped and spacious apartments, 14 apartments with on bedroom and 3 open plan studios. Type A: 3 studio’s up to 3 people with 1 double bed and a sofa bed, WC with shower and balcony with sea view. Type B: 14 apartments up to 4 people with one double bedroom and two extra sofa beds in the living area, WC with bathtub and balcony with sea view. All the apartments and studios have private entrances which maintain their privacy, a fully equipped kitchenette, air-condition, safe box, hair-dryer, satellite TV and WiFi internet connection. The complex also has a large private parking area. The lace like sandy seas is appropriate for swimming and sunbathing. The area has restaurants, traditional taverns, bars, cafeterias, night clubs, super markets and a traditional bakery; all will offer our visitor a pleasant vacation. In addition, there are a few private practices, a pharmacy and in the town of Rethymno there is a public hospital. It is 10 minutes away from Rethymno by car and 45 minutes from the airports of Heraklion and Chania. It is 70km away from the port of Chania and Heraklion. A bus stop, which has a regular 30 min service to Rethymno city, is nearby but a car is recommend.
