OBJECT DESCRIPTION

This villa is a stone house with living space and 115sqmx 25sqm courtyard in the village Faneromeni in south central Crete. The villa is built at ground level and has space for comfortable living: the rooms are beautifully furnished in typical Norwegian style and the interior walls are of stone. There is a large fully equipped kitchen, an area with a fireplace, a living room with a large table and sofa-bed, two bedrooms, one of which has an exit outside, and a bathroom.This Villa is ideal for families (a couple with up to 4 children) or for 2 families with children (couples in bedrooms and children on the sofa-beds). Faneromeni is the Messara region, a few miles from the village Vori, near the towns of Mires and Timbaki. The area is very quiet and you'll find everything you need within a range of about 8 km (supermarkets, traditional markets, a medical center and hospital doctors, pharmacies, banks, etc.) in Mires and Timbaki. Faneromeni is located 10 km from the sea, and you will find small rocky beaches and the sandy beaches of Kommos, Kalamaki and Timbaki (Kataliki). Some beaches are far from civilization and extremely quiet, others are attached to taverns and cafes. In addition, there are many hiking trails in the mountains of Psiloritis or the Kamares caves, for the hiking lovers.
