OBJECT DESCRIPTION

This villa satisfies all visitors’ tastes. Its location is near archeological sites, small gorges, walking and cycling routes in nature and a short drive away from sandy beaches. The villa provides as extra service 5 bicycles and 2 children seats free of charge for family strolls in the village. The swimming pool is cleaned with the use of ozone, a modern eco-friendly system, which uses a minimum of chemicals. This two-storey villa is situated in the small village of Sgourokefali, Heraklion. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it is suitable for 6-8 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, separated from the living room, with a fireplace. The living and dining room are large and divided by a traditional arch. Both are decorated and furnished in a traditional way. Here you will find the second stone built fireplace. On this level there is also one of the bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a sofa-bed, the other with two single beds. They share a balcony and a bathroom with hydro massage shower. There is an additional balcony with access from the hall way which as all external areas, is fully furnished. The villa is surrounded with courtyards full of beautiful and colorful flowers, an old well and an old stone staircase. In addition, you will find a parking space, the BBQ area, the wooden pergola, the outdoor furniture and the swimming pool (4m width / 6m length, 1.40m depth).
