OBJECT DESCRIPTION

This in stone traditional style house was first built in 1892 as an oil factory. In 1949 added the second floor and used like a house. In 2011 was completely renew. Lies on the hillside over the village of Eleftherna which is 15km away from Rethymno town, 7km from the Arkadi Monastery and only 5km from Margarites(ceramic place) . The villa is in a two floors layout of 186sqm and has a big garden with parking area and 40sqm swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms (three on the first and one on the ground floor) in the villa where 8 persons can be comfortably accommodated. Three of the bedrooms are with double beds on first floor and one with single beds on the ground floor. One of the double bedroom has en suite WC/Bathroom, and the other two share a WC/Bathroom on the first floor. There is an extra WC/ Bathroom in the ground floor. There is air conditioning (in the first floor bedrooms) and TV in all rooms. In the Sitting room there are sitting sofas, TV corner with DVD player, satellite TV and Fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer and toaster. There is a large place with pool and sea view with dining table where long summer evenings can be spent. Nearest beach is 12km away. The village of Eleftherna is on the European hiking trail E4. A car hire is recommended.
