OBJECT DESCRIPTION

This complex of 3 apartments is situated in a plot with olive groves and vines in the village of Karefilliana 43 km from the city of Chania and 6km from the town of Kissamos. The area offers to the visitors plenty of choices for drives at quiet back roads, excellent walks at the nature and other activities. There is a reception area with sitting place, satellite TV, and a nice swimming pool of 80m2 with a depth from 1,20m to 1,70m. There are 2 types of accommodation: Type A: One apartment on the first floor (85mq) for 4-5 people, consisting of two bedrooms each with twin beds, a big area with comfortable living-dinning room, kitchen and one bathroom. Type B: Two apartments one on the ground and the other on the first floor (105mq) each for 6-7 people, consisting of 3 bedrooms one with double bed , two bedrooms with twin beds, a big area with comfortable living-dinning room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. All accommodations have big verandas-balconies with panoramic views to the Cretan sea. Other facilities like air condition, satellite TV, fire place and internet service is available. The distance of some beaches are: 3 km from the beach of Trachilos, 6 km from the beach of Kissamos, 7km from the beach of Falassarna, 11km. from the beach of Balos, and 47km. from the beach of Elafonissi. Shops, supermarket and other facilities you can find in a distance of 6 km a Kissamos. We do consider a car to be essential.
