The reasons why people choose this type of holiday accommodation differs per person. Many times it is mentioned the privacy of having your own home, garden, private pool, living room and kitchen. Time to spend in your own lifestyle, with your own friends and family. In your own villa there is no other time schedule then yours,  but you still have the facility that the rooms are cleaned more times a week and also the change of towels and bed linen. The villas are much more spacious then an apartment or a hotel room so people experience the villa mostly as luxury. Most of the villas have also a private pool. Because the villas are located outside the cities and close or inside the villages it is an excellent opportunity for a quiet stay or a starting point for discovering more of the island of Crete.

The price for a villa depends on the number of sleeps, luxury level and season. Minimum stay is mostly 7 nights. A rental car is recommended for discovering the island.
